Paula has dual mastery in management consulting and technology, with experience spanning Big Four consulting, first as an employee and later returning as a trusted independent consultant, as well as technology leadership roles in aviation, consumer goods, consumer electronics, telecommunications, and automotive manufacturing. She spearheads global digital transformations and large-scale technology initiatives, including ERP, cloud, legacy modernizations, end-to-end custom development of mobile, web and desktop applications, system integrations and migrations. 

Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Paula worked for leading global Fortune 100 companies such as IBM, Deloitte Consulting, Dupont, and Nabisco. As a management consultant, some of her clients were, Mercedes Benz, AT&T, Los Angeles Unified School District, and the TJX Companies. Since becoming an entrepreneur over 13 years ago, she has successfully delivered programs and projects for Deloitte Global, Delta Air Lines, Dell Technologies, VMware, and Shark Ninja.

Paula has an MBA in Global Technology Management and in depth experience effectively leading global teams across diverse cultures and multiple international time zones.
